KCPU 2.0 is an in-house upgrade of KCPU 1.0 in which local AI, machine learning, data scraping, and automatized processes are introduced to the previous system to provide deep understanding of the perceptions and produce sophisticated reports and tools including sentiment analysis, historical data comparison, keyword search, and pattern predictions.

KCPU 1.0 has been a 6-month project to provide actionable evidence-based recommendations to Kurdistan Regional Government in the sectors of economy, health, electricity, and infrastructure. KCPU 1.0 has relied on real-time qualitative data from field and social media to provide insights into community perceptions through interactive dashboards and produce relevant, practical and appropriate recommendations through analytical narrative reports.
